Beautiful Gardens Showcase

Thanks to Home Depot we are having a beautiful Gardens Showcase on our WebSite Register your Garden for the showcase and send in a before picture of your garden by the end of May and you can be eligible for one of the the three prizes from $200.00 to $50.00 in Gift certificates. Even your Kids can get involved with a $50.00 prize for the best little gardener. Each child who enters will receive a prize. Send in a picture of your child next to thier newly planted garden by the end of May. The pictures of the children will be only viewed by members of Greenwich Chase with password access. Final Judging will be done by mid Summer, a Team of experts from Home Depot and Greenwich Chase will do the Judging Here's a video of your fifth Garden Tip! . |

Facilities
Our Greenwich Chase community has multiple recreational and common areas. We have a Multipurpose Playing Field located between Jackson Road and Monroe Drive featuring a beautiful new gazebo, 4 regulation size Tennis Courts with private key pad access available to all homeowners and thier guests, 3 Kid Zone Tot-Lots located through out the development, and a vast network of paths designated for walking, jogging and non-motorized riding traffic. |  |
May News
 | I will be walking around looking for possible contestants for our gardener contest, so if you bell rings it might be me asking if you want to enter your garden in the contest. I will take the picture if you don't have a digital camera. But hey listen I am not a gardener, your garden may be in the planting stage so it may not look the greatest now,but will blow our minds in July, so please e-mail me and if you need me to take the picture I will. The pictures will not have the address on them unless you want it published. Homeowners you have been very patient while we have been collecting the e-mail addresses of as many homeowners as possible, so far we have over 160 e-mail addresses. I will be approaching local stores and vendors to let them know that we will be letting people know about any specials they have for the homeowners of Greenwich Chase. If you havent sent me you e-mail please do it now, because the more people we have the stronger we are for anything we do. Log on to our Message Board so far we have topics like ASPHALT PLANT, PHILLIPSBURG HIGH SCHOOL TUITION, MEET THE CANDIDATES, SCHOOL BUDGET INCREASE, CHANGES IN EASTER EGG HUNT, RECREATION DEPT DEADLINES. Many homes are leaving thier garbage cans in front of thier garage, this is not permitted by the rules of the community. The garbage cans must be stored behind your home except on prior to garbage day or you will be fined. Also no signs are permitted in the development(except on your windows) or you will be fined. Check our rules page for the full rules on where and when you can put up signs. Where you see NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES it does not apply to the small toys that you can buy in TOYS R US for children, we are talking about larger vehicles in the sign, however anything with a lawnmower type engine could cause a problem. I have had complaints from homeowners of dog poop on the side walk and thier lawn, please bag your dog's poop. I have had E-Mails and conversations with homeowners about needed repairs and have reported all of them to Molly our Community Manager and all of the repairs are on the list. As soon as the contractors can get to them they will be done. I will follow up to make sure. If anyone notices anything please let us know and we will add it to the list. |

Risks of Proposed Asphalt plant in Lopatcong to Greenwich Residents!
 | Unfortunately the Lopatcong planning board approved the Asphalt plant on March 5th despite objections of hondreds of residents of Lopatcong and Greenwich and the Legal arguements of Greenwich Township and the Lawyers of two other Plaintiffs. There are two suits that are still active regarding the original ordinance that the Planning Board acted on. Also Greenwich Township will be aguing before the Highlands Council at thier Meeting this Thursday March 15th. Also you can get involved with a Group of Citizens called Lopat Speaks they will be looking into legal action also.
